Hem / Mode, Skönhet & Personvård / Redwood klädmärke
Developed to emulate a similar hand-feel to the denim Stone Wash, the difference is that our Vintage Wash can be applied to knitted fabrics without breaking down and damaging fibres.
What is the minimum order for custom manufacturing?
Custom Canadian apparel manufacturing starts at 200 units per style using in-stock fabric and colours.
If you are looking to use a more specialized fabric that we do not carry, minimums may increase. As an added service, we are happy to help you find the best rates and services through our preferred carriers. Our fabrics are top of the line and the difference will be appreciated upon first touch. Due to the new Canada-USA tariff policies, a 25% tariff + custom clearance fee will apply for all orders from USA.
International orders outside of Canada, US, and Mexico, shipping rates apply. Then, provide us with the labels to be sewn in. Our Founder and President Kathy Cheng is also a member of the EY Entrepreneurial Winning Women Class of 2014 (EY), an elite group of dynamic women entrepreneurs selected to join a network of the country's best high-growth companies.
In our continuing effort to strengthen a nationwide movement toward a more equitable, globally responsible industry, we are thrilled to be a member of the Canadian Aboriginal and Minority Supplier Council (CAMSC).
What is your E-store return policy?
All sales are final on our e-store - no returns or exchanges. If your items are returned because of an invalid address we will have to charge you to reship your package. As orders cannot be modified, they can only be cancelled if there are critical errors in your order. A minimum order for custom colour orders must be adjusted to the dye-load size.
Simply select your style of choice along with the desired colours. We are equipped to ship both domestically and internationally.
What are your shipping and handling rates?
Shipping and handling rates are determined on a case-by-case basis, dependent on your order size, destination and delivery time.
Do I have to use your shipping courier?
No, you are not limited to our shipping courier.
Stock is not available for size corrections and/or exchanges.
As a small business that is deeply committed to sustainability, we encourage conscious consumption. Please see below section for Wholesale Shipping and Handling Rates. Our Private Label Program is the perfect solution for those seeking garments that are just waiting to be customized, dyed, screen-printed, embroidered or embellished.
As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges from our online store.
Are your clothes really made in Canada?
Yes. In addition, we do not overstock items so as to ensure we are not using excess power and water.
General FAQs
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping on orders over $150.00 CAD (domestic in Canada) only applies to the e-store.
Next comes the great differentiator: Oftentimes, the only thing stopping a good garment from being great is the wash. Alternatively, we will gladly work with you to develop a custom branded label for your line.
