After I installed the bulb, I found that the bulb merely touch to the socket of the lamb, and it sticked out which made the light extremely bright to my eyes, then I tried to screw the bulb deeper so that the lampshade can block the light, however, the lower metal part detached from the bulb itself and stuck firmly to the socket.

Cheaply madeLindieThis lamp is cute but, I would not advise for anyone to buy. Grabbed this last time I went to ikea and wasn’t sure it would work out because it’s a tiny thing! We returned it. Fits well in my small eket shelf I’m using for a side table, and actually gives off a good amount of light.
